Hey y'all! My name is Jennifer Millar and I am 24 years old and living in the hot state of Texas!

I have always been a skinny girl, never very fit or healthy. For a large period of my life, being outside or exerting any effort into exercise never really appealed to me. But slowly I noticed that I wasn't happy being a skinny girl with no body strength. I wanted to be strong, fit, and independent so I decided to make a change.

A few years ago I got really into fitness, even though I didn't know very much about it. I spent about a year trying different workouts and gaining knowledge. I was very happy with the results I was seeing in my strength, but didn't know how to keep going with out getting bored with my workouts!

It has been a few years now and I have finally found my niche! I wanted to create this blog to share everything I have learned about health and fitness to motivate others. My goal is to share the various health and fitness challenges I try to give you insight to decide which is right for you!

My disclaimer is that I am not a doctor, nutritionist, or formally educated in physical training. Always consult a doctor or nutritionist before starting a new workout or diet plan. Be smart and keep yourself safe. That is the most important part of being healthy!
